1. Where’s my order?

Once your order ships (typically within 1-3 business days), we’ll send you an email with a tracking code. Click the link in the email to track your package every step of the way. Or scroll down to the footer of the webshop and click on 'Track your order'.

2. When will my order arrive?

3. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Have questions? Email us at info@celest-toronto.com.

4. How do I make a return?

Returning an item is simple:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as when received

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible.
